Effects
- Randomly increases 4 and decreases 2 of the character's stats.
- Each increase or decrease for a stat will change it by a fixed value:
- ±1 health.
- ±1 damage.
- ±0.2 speed and maximum speed (may never exceed 2.0).
- ±0.5 range.
- ±0.5 tears.
- ±0.2 shot speed.
- ±1 luck.
- If a stat that is already at an upper or lower limit is chosen, there is no visible effect.
- This item belongs to the Spun set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a buff berserker.
