  • Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and blocks enemy projectiles. Upon blocking a shot it has a 10% chance of farting. There are three possible fart effects:
  • Poison all nearby enemies.
  • Knock back nearby enemies.
  • Charm all nearby enemies.
