"Micro friends"

Whenever Isaac takes damage, he summons a micro-Isaac familiar that chases nearby enemies and shoots at them from the cardinal directions.
Micro-Isaacs deal 1.4 damage per tear and have a tear delay of 8.
Micro-Isaacs persist between rooms and floors.
The familiars can die from getting hit by enemies and enemy projectiles.
The familiar cap for Giant Cell appears to be 10-20, after which taking damage will kill a micro-Isaac and respawn a new one in it's place.
The familiars have the same attack style as your chosen character (Brimstone with Azazel, Bone Club with The Forgotten)
When playing as The Forgotten, the familiars take the style as either The Soul or The Forgotten, depending on who gets hit.
